Delivery and Gift wrapping
To keep postage as low as possible for our customers, we are now using both Royal Mail (small parcels) and Hermes courrier (medium and large parcels). If you are in an area where Hermes does not offer a suitable service, please email us so we can give you a new Royal Mail quote.
We want to get it right so please we would appreciate any feedback you may have concerning your parcel delivery so we can make appropriate changes.
So this is how it works:

|Orders over 150g||£3.99 by Hermes Courier or Royal Mail (depending on size)|
|orders over 1kg||£4.99 by Hermes Courier|
Orders £100 or over will benefit from free delivery! Local delivery can also be free of charge in certain cases. See below.
Please note that Hermes delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days. If you would like your order to be delivered quicker, just let us know and we can send you an invoice to have it delivered by Royal Mail 1st class.
If you would like to send your parcel abroad, just send us an email and we will send you a quote.

The Really Eco Baby Shop team thrives on recycling!
Any packaging and stationery we buy are recycled and recyclable; any packaging we can reuse, we reuse, which means envelopes and boxes we receive will be used again for customer orders. But don't worry, we take great care and we make sure that our orders arrive safely to our happy customers.
We are very happy to gift-wrap your items as we know that you may wish to send them directly to a friend or family member. We do not use swathes of plastic wrap and ribbons. We will use brown paper and other pieces of salvaged papers - a lovely package but without waste. We are also happy to write a gift note too. This is all at no extra charge. Just add instructions in the 'Special Instructions' box at the checkout.
Returns & exchanges
In cases of all returns, do contact us by email or by completing the cancellation form prior to returning the item(s).
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and we will always provide you with pictures that are as accurate as possible and with enough information about the provenance of the product for you to make an informed choice.
Our Returns & Exchanges conditions are following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for all contracts made from 13th June 2014. Please check our T&C page for full details.
