  1. The sun has got his hat on, hip hip hip hooray!

The sun has got his hat on and we're going out today!

Open the doors, open the windows and go out in the city, the countryside, wherever you want! Bask in the sunshine and get all your vitamin D.

We want to celebrate and share the mediterranean weather so EVERY order this week will include a mini bar of Green & Black Butterscotch for you to sample. Made with organic milk, organic butterscotch and organic vanilla, all following Fairtrade standards, It’s not a fast process but, as you can taste, it’s a rewarding one.

There is no minimum order amount and if you order one of our bestselling Gift Boxes, we will tuck this little addition nicely in the hamper nest.

By the way, you don't have to do anything, just place your order before 3rd August midnight and we will include your free chocolate (while stock last).

    Enjoy!

Really Eco Baby is very proud to stock  wonderful cards by the London-based artist Melody Seal: they will bring a personnal touch to your gifts and you won't find those on the high street.

What's more, Melody designed our new message cards and we absolutely love them! They will be a great addition to our gift boxes.

Melody Seal is an independent graphic artist based in London; she specializes in limited edition original screenprints and recycled greeting cards, all featuring her signature highly decorative and detailed pen and ink drawings. All of her work is made using sustainable, recycled, fairtrade and organic materials and is mostly inspired by nature and our connection (or disconnection) with it, as well as traditional folktales and tribal art from around the world. She hopes to use her art as a platform to promote sustainability, ethical and environmental issues as well as to bring inspiration, beauty and imagination into the lives of others.

If you want to know more about Melody, check her blogspost and her Etsy shop.

  3. We love Easter! There is the religious aspect of course but it is also a celebration of the arrival of Spring.

It is agreat opportunity to organise crafty activities with the kids both inside (making chocolate) and outdoor (creating a wicker basket)

Look after Mother Nature this year with our eco-friendly Easter ideas:

    • our Yummy Nest is on sale: of course there is lots of chocolate included (choose between Green & Black and Rawr) but lots of other yummy products: coconut oil, lipbalm, soap and lavender.

    • take an old wicker basket (from charity shop) or plastic bucket and decorate it with treasures from your house and garden: stickers, wool, grass, pine cones, leaves,...
    • fill your Easter basket with Fairtrade and Organic chocolates.
    • make your own natural food dyes to colour your eggs: your children will love the experiment and you will reduce packaging and chemicals found in egg colouring kits.
